How do I place an order?



You can order directly through Lucy’s online shop. Please visit the boutique section of the website. Once you've found the piece/s you wish to order, select your finish, chain length (if relevent) and whether you want gift wrapping. Then simply add to cart, and proceed to checkout.  Lucy’s jewellery is handmade and made-to-order so please take note of shipping times.

Payment and Shipping



Payment can be made using a credit/debit card or via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible - please see individual product listings for specific lead times

Shipping Options



Free standard shipping is available to UK and International customers.

Standard shipping in the UK = Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery. For an additional cost, you may wish to upgrade to Special Delivery at checkout.

Standard international shipping = Royal Mail Standard Delivery. For an additional cost, you may wish to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked and/or Signed at checkout.

Returns & refunds



There is a 24hr cancelation period after placing an order, after this the item will be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on silver, plated and 9ct jewellery.

Custom orders and 18ct Gold jewellery are non-returnable. 

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact me within a week of receiving the item.

Items must be returned via recorded delivery & in their original state, within 28 days of reciept. We are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons - however please let us know if you are not happy with your order. If you would like to return an item, please first contact hello@lucystopesroe.com
